Can someone have a heart attack from waking up from a cell phone close to them?

My girlfriend called me in the middle of the night because she had a horrible nightmare and so we stayed on til she fell asleep. I called her multiple times could’ve I gaven or could I possibley startled her into a heart attack? she’s only 18 she’s healthy but has a history of relatives with heart problems. Would the cell phone ring be just as well as an alarm clock?

The volume of the ringtone of the volume of the ringtone of the phone or something that would not surprise her hope this helped.
The ringtone of the phone weaker well if your girlfriend is sensitive there might be safe than sorry so would not it is easily shocked and is true then make the volume of the phone weaker.
