      Probably, depending on the severity of the attack. Some people never know they had a heart attack if it wasn’t a big one.

      It depends if the artery involved is a minor one or a major one. A minor one, is very painful, but won’t drop you to your knees, and you can do other things. With a major heart attack, you might not want to move because it could increase the pain.
