Layla asked:
I’m 5′5 and I weigh 128. I sometimes get this weird thumping in my chest, even if I’m just sitting there doing nothing. I sometimes have chest pain. I’ve been under a lot of stress recently since college started and have tried cutting back more on eating, so I’m pretty sure it can’t be fat related. Could I still have a stress-induced heart attack?

If you are worried about your weight, I just read of a study that says waist to hip ratio is a better measure than BMI or anything. A woman’s waist to hip ratio should be between .67 and .70
