heart attack
Craig asked:

My family has a history of heart problems… in fact, three family members all had heart attacks within the last week. What can I do, at 22, to help ensure that I don’t have a heart attack in the future? Exercise? Certain foods or drinks? Thanks to all who reply.

Find a cardiologist that actually gives a crap about your health. Then do what he or she says.

try to avoid cheese and butter. Stay healthy, if ur over weight, lose it, work out, avoid things like donuts. A friend of mine was soo skinny but he had a like 5 donuts every day, and he ended up getting a heart attack, even though he was physically in shape. Running is good, and cardio is good, go bike riding and try not to eat sausage, steak, burgers, pizza chips

heres a site with a list of 10 food (some i mentioned) that cause heart attacks, and it has a suggestion to what u can eat instead

oh and yoga helps alot with stress, and stree now is common and can cause heart attacks (and yes some guys do yoga too lol)
