How many hours or days may a person be uncouncious after a heart attack?

Can you help me? I want to know when Someone suffers a heart attack how many days they will be unconscious? I need to know which are the possible scenarios after a heart attack, long lasting unconscious, etc. my grandmother has not awake since then, has spent a day, she is breathing by herself, her signals are completely stable.. please help, I do not understand what could happened.

      The how long thing is just guessing and do not of any use medically sorry about grandmother.

      I had a heart attack at 42 (last year) and I was conscious enough to drive home and to a hospital.My father also had one at 58 and was conscious and released a day later.He is now still alive and with no sign of a heart problem! However I do believe that every case could be unique and if your grandmother’s signals are stable then a simple prayer is what will get her up and about.That generation is far stronger than we are.
