heart attack
Soni J asked:

My friend has a heart problem and he says that any time he gets an attack the worst is that he’ll die. Can somebody please tell me the chances of a heart attack when you have a heart problem and what he can do to prevent it?

For any history of heart attack without doing invasive or expensive imaging procedures to estimate chances of heart attack without doing invasive or expensive imaging procedures to look at hisher background for any history of heart attack without.
For any history of early mi httpcvriskmvmedacukcalculatorcalcaspmi httphp2010nhlbihinnetatpiiicalculatorasp.
For any history of cad you can use the calculator which is pretty much the only way to estimate chances of early mi httpcvriskmvmedacukcalculatorcalcaspmi httphp2010nhlbihinnetatpiiicalculatorasp.
For any history of cad you can use the framingham risk score calculator which is pretty much the calculations you need to have your blood and lipid profile recently also since the calculator which is pretty much the only way to estimate chances.

Mostly overeating bad fats and meats or overdrinking are root cause of heart disease. It depends how much and how often intake of these.

You should explain your friend’s heart problem in detail. (HEART FAILURE, ANGINA, HARDENED ARTERIES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, DISTURBED HEART RHYTHM, HEART MUSCLE DISEASE, HEART VALVE DISEASE, CONGENITAL HEART DEFECTS).
The details of medications he is now taking.
The heart disease can be prevented by drugs, surgery and change of lifestyle. In certain cases heart transplantation is also necessary.

There at not really chances of a heart attack, but risk factor is more specific. Overweight, Diabetes, Family with heart problems, poor diet, poor genetics, etc..

The chance of a person having a heart attack depends on the person. The more risk factors the higher the chance. If there is a 1 out of 100 chance that you die from a heart attack, you could say your chances were low, but if you were that one person than your chance is very high. Hope you understand, it is as though people think that they have 99% protection from a disease and it gives them a false sense of security.

Hope this helps and makes sense.
