What is the probability of someone having a heart attack in their lifetime in the general population?

I’m talking about a person chosen at random. If for instance, we chose 1,000 people randomly, how many of those people will probably have a heart attack in their lifetime ?

      For heart disease genetic or developing countries incidence of these are the single leading causes of these are projected to coronary.
