My brother had a heart attack yesterday morning, and his troponin levels were 3 immediately upon reaching the hospital, 10 a few hours later, and 13 a few hours after that.

      The higher the symptoms and ecg results the higher the symptoms and ecg results the more the damage am so sorry about your brother.

      Lots of things can cause chest pain, but if you are having chest pain and your heart enzyme levels are up, then you’re having a heart attach event.
