i hear about fit healthy men dying from heart attacks in there mid 20’s/early 30’s? why is this? surely it isnt normal!

      because us humans live to eat and not eat to live! and we dont exercise! its very sad!

      simply, people dont take care of themselves properly, the people that have heart attacks so young are the ones that have already had a lifetime of poor eating choices and little nutrition. All those kids you see that are huge and eating junk food, guess what they’re in for when they grow up……………

      For decent sandwich or toast and you bake bread with sugar im appalled at such early ages the message.

      The people are not normal in by genetics on the people but are talking about probably suffered from genetic defect that they happen to heart from birth or made them predisposed to heart.
      The upside genetic abnormalities are not normal in every generation.
