Ok, I know deep down that this isn’t really bad for me. But here’s what I like to do:
Wrap bacon and cheese around chicken nuggets and dip it in ketchup. But the thing is, the bacon and chicken aren’t real meat. Its veggie meat. Its made from soy and it has no cholesterol, no trans fat, is not fried.
But every time I eat it, I feel guilty like I’m going to give myself a heart attack. Could it be that society makes such a big deal about meats being bad for your heart that I’m thinking I’m doing damage even though I’m not? Am I crazy?
